These are Product Terms of Service for Company Asset Tracker. They are not Site Terms of Use.

Company Asset Tracker is the asset-tracking product at companyassettracker.com (marketing) and app.companyassettracker.com (accounts, workspaces, billing). Log in and Start a trial on this site go to the app host. Published plan prices live on /pricing.

The Product Terms of Service published by X Enterprises, LLC at https://x.enterprises/legal/terms govern accounts, subscriptions, billing, Your Data, AI features, acceptable use, Washington law, and arbitration. This page names the product and the hosts. It does not replace that Product Terms of Service. If you create an account, subscribe, start a trial, or use the app, you agree to those Terms and to the Privacy Policy at /privacy.

We have not published a separate local Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Agreement, or Service Level Agreement on this host. Do not read a 99.9% uptime number or a SOC 2 badge into this product. Those pages are 404 here for a reason.

Payments, when you subscribe, are processed by Stripe. We do not see your full card number.

Workspace asset records you add (serials, license keys, assignees, photos, notes) remain your data. We process them to provide the product, as described in /privacy and /legal/sub-processors.

The product is provided as described in the corporate Product Terms ("as is" except where those Terms or a signed paper say more).
