Anything you track: laptops, monitors, peripherals, software licenses, office furniture, even keys. The Starter plan caps the total at 100 active items — retired assets don't count.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose paid-for capacity.
Your account switches to read-only. Nothing is deleted. You can either pick a plan or export everything to CSV — no questions asked.
Yes — the billing toggle at the top of the page shows the yearly price with a 20% discount applied. Enterprise customers can negotiate further on multi-year terms.
